10No Refund for early check-out unless a written confirmation is procured from the sales office

13Cafeteria Kitchen will close at 11.00 pm
14Client will be liable for any damages caused during their stay at Metrica
15Incase of any event planned at Metrica, it will be closed by 11.00 pm
